Perlisten D8is Subwoofer

The D8is subwoofer provides all the bass your need with with dynamic, tight and accurate sound to enhance high fidelity music listening or to make earthquakes come alive in your cinema.

The aluminium extruded enclosure houses 203mm (8″) woofers with carbon fibre cones in a push/pull force-cancelling configuration reducing enclosure to the minimum. The 8x 8 driver is equivalent to a 24″ single driver sub, but with the benefit of tighter bass. It is ideal for critical music listening to enhance your tower loud speaker bass.

The Perlisten D8is is a versatile sub that was designed to take up minimum space and equipped for different configuration:

• Free standing (optional base)
• Mounted on wall
• Mounted within a wall / structure
• comes with brackets to mount it on a wall or within a structure

The D8 is a passive speaker and comes with an external DSP-controlled 3000W amplifier and can can be used as a stand alone with its feet or placed in standard 403mm (19″) equipment rack. (2U). Ventilation flows from the front to the back avoiding open rack spaces.

As with all D-Series subwoofers, the DSP3000 shares the 2.4” LCD touchscreen display for convenient control and self-testing. The amplifier can be configured through the Perlisten Audio app, which can simultaneously control up to eight Perlisten subwoofer models. This includes a 10-Band PEQ with 3 user presets, phase and delay controls, input selection, and turn-on options such as signal sense and trigger, as well as various EQ modes for large rooms, small rooms, and THX settings.

Controlled by a 48-bit data path DSP and a 32-bit ARM M4 Cortex processor, capable of reacting in microseconds and powerful enough to withstand extreme conditions.
